I had been shopping around for years to find the right ring guard for my stone. TwoBirch kept popping up everywhere, from eBay, to Pinterest, on the Web...I had ordered jewelry online before and had gotten duped and received low quality goods. Needless to say, I was leery about another online transaction. Then I read the reviews on the TwoBirch site and saw that they are BBB accredited along with other prestigious nods. This made me very comfortable with them, along with their year warranty on the guard I wanted and other guarantees that came with it. I ordered a stunning vintage guard and when it came, I was breathless. I was given a 15% discount too, which made things even better! The guard worked wonderfully, although I had a question about one of the stones and how it was set. I chatted quickly with an agent, who told me to take a pic of the diamond and send it to them. Quickly, she sent the pic to the quality department and they quickly got back to me the same day, assuring that all was right and that I had a year warranty on the prongs, so if anything did happen, it was covered. The communication was superb and professional and I couldn't be happier with them or their lovely products! I will be a returning customer and refer them to everyone I know whose in the market. Had to take to a jeweler to fit my ring, but well worth it !

TwoBirch has top notch customer service, which only made the whole ring buying experience incredible. This guard fit perfectly for my 3 carat round solitaire engagement ring and added even more sparkle around it.

The customer service is fantastic!!! The wedding ring I ordered just beautiful. My future wife just loves it. Only Issue I had was with FedEx on delivery. I paid for overnight delivery and FEDEX messed up the delivery process and the customer service department at Two Birch interceded in my behalf and fired up FedEx. They also refunded my overnight fees since FedEx took almost 2 weeks to get it to me and I thought UPS was bad. Never in my life had I had such a bad experience with FedEx
