I take a gummie a day. I have severe back pain. To the point where I could not stand for more than 3 or 4 minutes before the tears would come. I started taking the gummies to see if they would help and after about 3 weeks, I was walking the mall. I had to stop taking them for 10 days when I had to get a colonoscopy and all the pain was back. They definitely work but you have to be consistent and take every day!! Thank you Twine!
