I take a gummie a day. I have severe back pain. To the point where I could not stand for more than 3 or 4 minutes before the tears would come. I started taking the gummies to see if they would help and after about 3 weeks, I was walking the mall. I’ve tried many of the different cbd gummies n have fallen in love with the calm. Suffering from anxiety, which gets severe at times, I’ve tried many different things. My Dr will only give me 4 Xanax a month which is not enough. I tried the calm as soon as it was released n it helps tremendously. When I’m really bad, I take 2. Or 1 in am n 1 in pm.
