There was a bit of a delay at first because my order did not go out since I ordered the scarf, too. It was such a surprise and pleasure to get a note from customer service explaining the situation. 3 days later my products arrived. I am VERY impressed with the care in how the products were packaged, the packing itself, and the different messages inside each box was really a delightful surprise. I love love love love the whole product line and for someone with sensitive skin, every product has been wonderful on my skin. I love how it smells, feels, and works. Congratulations to the whole team for making a line of products that really has gone past every expectation and has made me an an addict. Only your products will touch my skin and hair now. Thank you for making such magical things that are actually good for us! I truly appreciate the care and work that you have all put in. I wish you nothing but long term success and I cannot wait to see what other products you will make!
