The recon70p headset is good, but the wire gets tangled within an hour, and it gets hard to straighten it back out, then i cant even play with it because if i move my head it pulls the laptop

Got the victim pro based on it saying it’s for ps5,4 and pc very misleading as yea it plays on them but to get the features you are paying all that money for yoh have to have a pc and now I a controller that I can’t update cause I dont have a pc but hey at least while it’s working for what it it’s not a bad controller just wish I wouldn’t have waisted money for just a eh controller

Tryying to write a review about the Stealth 700. Horrible piece of equipment, will disconnect randomly even when talking or listening to music / playing games. save your money and buy a better headset.

I ordered the stealth ultra day one and i love this controller well after 9 months i started having issues with the with the right trigger and called turtle beach support and they were great they were very helpful and asked me to return it to them and next thing i know they ship me a new since it was still in warranty no questions no hassle quick turnover like to give a shoutout to the support team thanks again

Continual disappointment it really is a shame they have monopolized the wireless headset for Xbox industry because it gives them excuses to put out a POS product like this. Takes 3-4 times restarting to even pair to the Xbox, wheels work when they want to, glitchy and inconsistent sound, can’t walk way 10 feet without losing audio. I had an older pair that had a lot of the same issues but not AS bad. Complete joke that this device is 2/3 the cost of an Xbox Series S. Why in the world do I have to plug in a headset to my computer and update it constantly? It’s a f***ing Bluetooth headset. My AirPods have been through a washing machine 4 times and work perfectly without issues ever. Just get a wired headset this thing isn’t worth $180 and constant issues

Turtle Beach customer support is amazing. I have been using their products for years and every time I have an issue, they get it figure it out sorted out in a timely manner.

Bought stealth gen 2 600 series. Great audio but the arch part of that headset broke within the first month.
