The strapping was easy to order online, and ready to load when I got there, with help available to load me up. The strapping is a great price! The only delay was getting the paperwork printed off.

Product seems to be good quality, delivery was prompt. I had trouble arranging the delivery time though, they called when I was not available bad just said "delivery coming at 8am", I had to rearrange some stuff in case they came the next day since I didn't get the message until after closing. It would have been nice to get a text-based confirmation of the delivery window, or at the very least to have all the details in the message. I would probably order again tho so overall I'm happy.
