Definitely noticed my stomach was more settled and far less bloated. I also sleep so much better- I didn’t take the supplements for a few days a one point and really noticed the difference all round and went straight back to taking them. I have lost 5lb so not a huge amount but I feel so much better in my stomach area, therefore feel good in my clothes again.

I've noticed a difference in my belly fat since taking the tablets, I'm less bloated and have less brain fog in the day. I've lost about an inch or belly fat so far so I'm excited to see the end results

I have noticed a big difference on my hunger/cravings and a reduction on how much I am eating - gone are the snacks at my desk during the day, I just don't want them anymore and I've not really wanted something sweet after dinner. I haven't weighed myself (as I don't own scales) so I can't say how much it's affected my actual weight, but I think it's doing me some good.

Only just started the supplements, but seem to be working ok.

It’s working for me so far I’ve forgotten to take the night burners a few times but I really like the tea and for someone that doesn’t like flavoured teas I love the fact that I can drink them before bed and it actually helps me sleep
