Shipping took a couple of days

Bought this to replace my old Explore carrier and I think I prefer this version! It’s super soft and breathable material. The pattern is beautiful. And the baby is so cozy in it! He’s about 5 months so needs a good amount of support from the carrier still and it’s perfect. If we ever go out during his nap time I can count on it putting him to sleep!

I’m absolutely thrilled with this purchase. We’ve been using it since my baby was two months old. It’s incredibly practical and comfortable. The design deserves a special compliment — the color is simply stunning! My sincere recommendations.

Shipped quickly

I mistakenly put the wrong ship to address on the order, called Tula withing 5 minutes of seeing my mistake. Called multiple times during open hours, and never received a call back. Sent an email the next day and was told there was nothing that could be done. An electronic mistake that should have been easily corrected. Not acceptable.

The replacement was perfect, but shipping on one small clip was $10. Seems a little outrageous.

Another company that makes it look like it's in one particular country but ships from another. Also asked for a tiny accomodation - one that would have been quicker to fulfill than answer my email yet it couldn't be done. Customer service - meh, product - ok. Wouldn't purchase again.

As per title 10% off discount for signing up to their email list not honoured. And contacting their support got no response.

Although I had my doubts about the purchase, the package arrived in the Czech Republic in good condition. What confused me was entering payment details directly on the website and that I received an email with a link to tracking the package, which did not work. When I asked, it was explained to me that the buckle was sent in a regular envelope and the tracking does not work. I would improve communication in this regard.
