Hi. I placed an order for 2 x 500ml Alogard on the 16/1/26. I received no correspondence saying the order was despatched and so on the 23/1/26 I replied to the order confirmation email and that email bounced. I phoned one of the produce stores that I found listed on the internet as being connected with Tuckers, and the person who answered said they would look into it. I heard nothing more until on the 27/1/26 I received an email from Australia Post saying a parcel was being prepared. I finally received the order on the 28/1/26. Placing the order was easy. Finding a number to call for customer support was very difficult.

Fast delivery, product arrived packed with care. Price was reasonable compared to other retailers I checked prior to purchasing. Will definitely purchase from Tuckers again.
