So good, one item wasn't in stock and had a call to ask if I wanted a refund or a back order. Other pair arrived super quickly and they are just fantastic, good quality shoes.

This is my 3rd pair, I love these but every 12 months one shoe gives way as per the photos. Wondering if it’s a quality concern as the shoe is not “cheap”.
