I want to give you 5 stars because I love this company, what it stands for, and the quality in the product is top tier. But I want to be honest. There were delays in my shipping which isn’t a huge deal, but when I reached out to check in on it, i feel like I was lied to that the package was delayed due to USPS. After about a week of communication with your team I received a shipping confirmation and the package moved through the post office in the normal timely manor. I feel like most people are very understanding and if you had just explained that shipping was delayed due to short staffing or whatever reason, that would be totally acceptable. It just feels a little crummy to feel like I was lied too and didn’t leave a great impression. Again, I love every single thing I’ve gotten from you guys and will continue to support this business, but wanted to be honest about an area that could maybe be improved.

Cute, comfortable, fast shipping, soft fabric. A little overpriced but, the quality is nice so it kinda balances out.
