The Truthtreatments products are amazing!

Product is great but the pump and the spray nozzle of my products both didn’t function. I did contact customer service but thus far have not received a reply. Wel shall see.

I spoke with a representative regarding the healing cream in the Deluxe Sample Kit that had separated slightly (orange color around the rim of the cream). I believe this was due to the product being shipped when the weather was unusually hot in our area, but of course don't really know. I was told this was not normal but it would be fine and to use it anyway. It is still that way, but I am using it. It was not suggested that I send it back, or that there would be any follow-up.

I received my order quickly and in good condition. I had a question regarding how to layer the products, I emailed the support team, they were so helpful with me, explaining every steps. I recommend theses products and this company, I had a great experience.

TBH, I really don’t know if these products have improved the look of my skin.
