I just tried the TruLabs Sleep (Strawberry Hibiscus) packet last night. I've used TruLabs sleep mixes before, and with success. I tend to like both strawberry and hibiscus flavored things, and enjoyed this one, too. I love that they have zero sugars and are so low in calories. The packets are small, making it easy to carry with you while traveling. These were perfect to take before going to bed to help give a restful night's sleep. I was not convinced that this was going to work for me because I’ve tried other products that didn’t work in the past. I’ve tried Zzz quill and Melatonin and also sleeping pills (Ambien and Lunesta). So I drank this like the package instructions and I was asleep within an hour. And also I slept for at least 6-7 hours. Normally I sleep for 1-3 hours. So I was really impressed and will be purchasing again in the future. I also liked that it was more natural and not taking medication.

I had the very pleasure to try a free sample from Trulabs. I tried the Trulabs sleep night time drink mix, strawberry hibiscus. I don't usually have luck with products that have melatonin. However this drink mix is incredible!! The taste is not only wonderful but it genuinely helped me to fall asleep quickly. Great ingredients and well worth trying. I promise you won't be dissatisfied.

The hibiscus sleep tea tastes so good. It helped me relax into a peaceful sleep. I was hesitant at first because it suggests you drink a full glass of water right before bed. However, it did not disrupt my sleep. The taste is yummy too. I would actually drink this during the day if I just needed to unwind. I highly suggest giving this a try if you can't unwind at the end of the day and need to relax.
