I witnessed a very rude and abusive customer yesterday while I was in the store. The lady could not haven been nastier if she had tried. All because the lovely shop assistant quoted her for a repair before realising that the item in question was a cheap item, not worth repairing and then out of the goodness of customer service, straightened the item without charging her! What is wrong with some people. We need to be kinder and less bitter and twisted!
