I ordered a suit with a £10 swap for size 32 trousers instead of 34. The suit arrived with size 34 trousers. When I queried I was told there were no size 32 in stock. I returned the suit and have so far only received the £10 for the swap that didn’t happen. A week later and I am still waiting for a refund on the suit. It would not have been difficult to phone me and let me know that there was no size 32 in stock

Ordered a suit but when it arrived was on tbe small side. Reordered a new one in a larger size which arrived in 3 days. It was just in time for my sons wedding. It was a beautiful suit. Very good quality and looked amazing.

Can't reccomend this company enough! They went above and beyond to find me suits for our groomsman at our wedding in the right colour as it had originally slightly changed. So happy with thr service as they called to check that I had done my order right and when I explained they helped sort my problem and sent me the correct suits Absolutely fantastic and I will most definitely be using them again when I need to find suits 😀

The suit its self was fantastic. I used Truclothing . com 3 year ago and ordered my wedding suit from them. Was a fast delivery service. Although this time round not so. They need to get a better delivery company other than DHL as they were a waste of time. I missed the first delivery but I have a massive drop box and they didn’t leave it. But in the second one I ticked leave with a neighbour and they refused to leave it with them. Truclothing did reimburse the next day delivery charge which was very good of them. 5 starts for true clothing and they way they felt with it but I would only have given the delivery one ⭐️ shame really.

The suit I ordered was absolutely stunning. Just as described and looked even better than the picture provided. I did pay for it to come in a box but received the order in a standard bag. I emailed and they straight away refunded the box charge. Extremely happy with the service. Thank you. I’m sure I’ll look fabulous at the upcoming Mums wedding!

Brought suit a larger size than I would usually wear so I had plenty of room in the trousers, Wore suit once for a wedding (roughly 6hrs). Seams down both sides of the suit trousers came unstitched bellow the pockets.
