Needed my helmet for a race on the weekend. Called warehouse in kamloops and even tho I was sitting outside in the parking lot they wouldn't let me pick it up. It was paid and ordered online and I explained the circumstances that I broke my existing helmet and was in a bit of a situation but no one cared. Had to borrow a smelly helmet from a friend to do the races. (Dunbar BC Cup series)
