Fast shipping, good pricing and great product

Great company with high-quality, innovative products.

Still the coolest gear around

Delivery and packaging are always perfect.

Hassle free, quick shipping

It’s always easy to place orders on your site. However, you have to act fast if you see something interesting, because the merchandise sells out quickly.

Once you go TLD you never go back. Right?

Great product, smooth experience on the website and fast shipping!

The delivery was fast But my expectations was to come with any damage

I can't say enough about the amazing customer service we've experienced with Troy Lee and their team. Our son had an issue with his Flowline Helmet and we contacted customer service. Mason, the rep assigned to our case, was incredible- responsive, friendly and so helpful. They were able to replace and ship the helmet and my son could get back on his EBike ASAP. We will 100% order from them again. Thank you so much Mason and the whole team at Troy Lee Designs!

Facile

Just received my TLD helmet... the attention to detail is incredible.

Great price and great fabric! My son loves it. Also shipping was really fast!

Good communicating

I made a mistake on the address (my mistake) and realized it right after completing the purchase. I immediately tried calling customer service and they had already shutdown for the day so I emailed customer service. No one contacted me so I called back the following day and they basically said sorry, contact the postal service even though they hadn’t handed of package off to them and could have changed the address. It took 6 days for the postal service to actually receive the item and TLD could have easily changed the address but didn’t.

My son was wearing this helmet when he fell off his bike at 30 mph and hit the concrete. The helmet did its job protecting him in this accident. I was so grateful that I got him the helmet with mips technology. I am certain that helped minimize his injury and kept him from suffering more than a concussion which would have definitely been possible without proper headgear. Thanks TLD!
