My experience ordering six care packages from the user-friendly website was easy/went smoothly. I do wish I could receive updates about the location of the packages while they are in transit. It has been four weeks since I ordered six packages to be shipped to Djibouti. I do understand how this could be the normal time it takes for a package to arrive in Africa, but I also know that a box I mailed through USPS took 10 days to arrive. Receiving an update about the location of packages in transit would be reassuring and appreciated.

I needed someone to help with sending a package overseas and they stepped up and sent it. Couldn't have asked for more help from people and since they were in the military they understand that care packages mean the world

Heard today package was just delivered! No damage and the contents were appreciated. Will definitely use this service, again!

Absolutely love that this is available for our friends and family in the military. The package options are great! I also love that you can do a custom package too. The customer service has been just wonderful. Being new to the website and ordering, I sent a couple emails with questions. The customer service team have been so freaking kind and helpful.

Troopster made it so easy to send my brother care packages during deployment! The one time they were out of something, they emailed to see if I was ok with the substitution. I knew it would get there, it was different each time, and it was always a hit with him!

Hunter, Chelsea and the volunteers are great people! They do amazing work for our troops! Really enjoyed the goodies! God bless you all and our deployed troops!

Hunter was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure our troop would love his package. Troopster was out of stock of one item and Hunter was even willing to go to his local store to replace it with an item that our troop was craving.

My spouse didn’t get the card that was supposed to be delivered with the package, so they didn’t know who sent it or what it was for 😢

This deployment box is AMAZING. The shipping was so fast, and got to him on Easter so it worked out perfect. I cannot recommend this company enough, thank y’all for all you do for those deployed and how much thought y’all put into each box. I will for sure be ordering again.

I ordered a large box for my grandson who is stationed in Romania on Feb 16th. I never received a tracking label or shipping notification until I reached out to Troopster to find out they were behind. They answered my inquiry promptly and said they would add a few extra items for my inconvenience. I am anxiously waiting for my grandson to receive his first box and get his feedback.

My son was deployed in Africa for a year and he said he really enjoyed receiving the monthly packages because it gives him something to look forward to and he had things he could trade with the other guys which he also enjoyed!

As a volunteer for Soldiers Angels, I am very glad that I discovered Troopster.org. They know exactly what a deployed soldier wants in a care package as they, themselves, have been in that position. They have many great options and they filled my order in a timely manner. They notified me as soon as my packages were shipped. I will definitely be using them again.
