I’m giving Trish McEvoy five stars even though I have not heard back from them yet about the latest mascara I received, which seemed to be dried out. This has never happened before and I’m sure it will not happen again. They are wonderful to work with. And their products are amazing.

You need to offer customers who buy online direct the option of opting out of your “extras”, the items you include for free. It’s extremely annoying to get these extra things that clutter my bathroom. They go straight in the trash. I can’t opt out and I am beginning to think that it’s best I buy your products at Blue Mercury and stop ordering direct. You push the products in the hopes that people will start buying them, but that’s simply not true. You will drive some customers away completely.

Trish McEvoy’s lash curling mascara is wonderful. I’ve been using it for 23 years faithfully. Nothing works as good as this stuff! My lashes look great and there’s no smudging at all. All I need is one thorough coat and my lashes really transform into something I like to see. It never wears off during the day and comes off very easily with just a little warm water. Again, best product ever.
