I LOVE the products! I love that you have online videos from Trinny so I can watch how to use the product (Innovator & Plump)as opposed to just reading the instructions. She demonstrates the tips for (rubbing cream on to the sides of your chin) which is helpful and seeing the actual application gives a much clearer understanding. It smells and feels good. It is pricy so it was an investment and I see these elements as making me feel the purchase was another reason why it was good! I feel my skin is smoother/plumper. I am now interested in more products.

Take back time, have now been using this for 4 weeks and love it! Doesn’t irritate my eyes at all and fine lines are noticeably softer. I have naturally dark circles under my eyes but even these are less noticeable. Highly recommend, especially when combined with BFF eye.

Everything was great, I ordered a gift and something for myself. I was very happy with the product but the shipping fee was very high for Canada so I wouldn’t order again. I loved that it helped me pick my colours and then showed me them for every product on the site, it is a very good site.

I have used all of the recommended skin care products from Trinny London as part of my daily routine for over 2yrs now and have noticed a significant improvement in my skin in all of the areas that the products treat. It’s amazing to use skin care products that actually do what they promise to do. I am someone who has tried and tested many high end skin products with varying degrees of success. My skin has never looked better using Trinny London skin care products!

The cleanser is fabulous. . . when you can get it out! Please do something about the packaging. I'm a repeat customer, but I'm questioning whether to keep purchasing the product solely because of the packaging. When I try to put the Better Off refills into the old outer cartridge, it is awkward to use and difficult to get the product out once reloaded. There is so much hard plastic in those cartridges - it is really wasteful and environmentally unfriendly. With the serums, I don't know if you tested it in our hot dry climate (Australia) - but there is always a little dried up bit of product in the spout that you have to discard with each use. The product is too expensive to waste that little bit each time you use it. I've had this happen with the Boost up, the Plump Up and the Overnight Sensation. Please please rethink the packaging. It is a major prohibitor for me buying future Trinny London products - and I really love the products.

Absolutely love the eye cream and have definitely noticed a difference in fine lines :)

I like browsing through the Trinny London site. It’s easy enough to use, however, I don’t like when I scroll over a heading and get something else. It feels like there are too many moving parts.

I find the site really easily to use, I like the fact that my goods stay in my basket while I finalise my order which can be a week sometimes. The customer service is excellent all dealings I’ve had have been dealt with swiftly and to an excellent standard, credit to the company

Visited the Doncaster store, presented well, afew people around. I walked in and was ask straight away if I needed help. Said I was looking around but needed to pickup some Claire BFF distress. Lady behind register then got what I needed and automatically gave me a sample and tpot as well which is good as sometimes I need to ask. Overall good experience but I really felt alittle disappointed that service not as friendly as they used to be. Felt just transactional, where as other makeup stores near by make you feel welcome with a smile and warmth.

Eye make up and cheeks are amazing, but for the lips are too dry and leaves them dry too.

Lovely colour. Really lifts my face.

Great service from ordering to delivery

I bought the micro needle tool and it’s amazing I’m always getting comments on my skin how fresh it looks - simple to use follow the video and instructions and voila smooth healthy and glowing skin! I always use professional micro needling but find it sometimes uncomfortable this is much less harsh but little and often gives great results thank you ! Ps I’m probably due to change the head on mine love it

I started watching Trinny during COVID. I was my husband’s caregiver and we were remotely located on a farm in Central North Dakota. She was literally my only female companion for long isolated stretches. So many things have changed. My love for Trinny and her products have grown! I don’t think I can pick a favorite! Thank you and I will keep growing and discovering as you all do!
