I have stepped on and even ran over my trika rods with my full size diesel truck when I sent a video to Trika as a joke for advertisement of it ran over they very firmly said if their is "ANY" thing wrong with it please let us know but to my suprise not even an eyelet was bent in the least these rods are truly next level theirs nothing they won't handle from feeling bluegill and walleye taps to powering through 48" musky runs all while being weightlessly light in the hand!

The customer service was great. I won the reel in a contest and Trika shipped it right away. It was packed well. The reel itself is very well balanced and smooth action.
