The hooks are fine. You guys canceled part of my order. This created a delay in my preparations for a trip. I failed to notice the refund email from you and that was my fault. However, I would strongly recommend that you use a different email account to handle orders and accounts. You guys send many announcements, ads, tips/tricks and all manner of information with the same email account. I barely glance at some of them and this caused me to miss the important one about that order.
