Shipping is interesting, I made two orders a few days apart. The first order arrived only the day before the second order. Customer service response is a bit delayed -- took over 48 hours to receive any kind of response about a missing package. Otherwise, packaging is lovely, seamless and easy purchasing experience. Just wish that the disposable vapes had the strain indicated somewhere on the pen like the replaceable cartridges do to avoid confusion.
