Never received this item and they have not issues a refund.

Shoes looked very unfinished like used or stored very badly. I contacted customer service but they didn't even bother getting back to me. Not a good experience. Would never buy from Trestina.

I have emailed the company. All four pairs of shoes. I bought are too big. Was sent in a size 9 instead of the size 6. I ordered. I haven’t heard back from Tristana Terrible customer service I will not be ordering from you again
