Shipping was too long but the package was good and neat

First I received something that entirely different than what I ordered. Called Amazon and returned it. I get a email from the company that that particular item that I ordered is coming from Hyderabad through DHL. Noticed the item I ordered had a V/design embroidery in the front which this didn't. Most of all my size in the order was 4XL but the size I received was 3XL. It seems nobody cares about customer satisfaction. On one item only , the company did 3 mistakes. I paid additional shipping to receive the item earlier ,now to return the item back to the company I have to pay more money. First of all, I didn't even get it on time. Very frustrated.
