Travelpro was a pro in keeping me updated from purchase to shipping to delivery times.

Product is good. I’ve been a longtime user of Travelpro products. Customer service is horrible - now customer no service. One cannot talk to a human being. The ridiculous numbers of ‘getting ready’. ‘almost there’ email updates is beyond ridiculous. In summary, good product, no customer service.

Shipping was so expensive and it did not come when we paid for 2day fedex at $96. 13 was 5 days later.

Had to return due to a chemical smell in the orchid color. Customer service was aware of said issue. Travel pro, why continue to sell I you know there are issues with that specific color? Super disappointed as I love travel pro.

Love the brand but the carry on was too small.

I was happy that travel pro had free shipping. I am glad they have such a good warranty because they do really seem to stand behind their product.

This suitcase is amazing. It's both lightweight and sturdy. I can see why it's the industry standard for airline pilots and flight attendants.
