The only thing I don’t like is having to sign for it. It’s very inconvenient and I don’t have to ever sign for the other shakes I have bought in the past. Fed ex is never here in the time they say and both of us work so it is challenging. I order my weight loss shots and I don’t have to sign for that so this seems crazy. I do love the product

Shipping took longer than expected. The order was packed well. I was expecting the recipe booklet in the box, but apparently, it is digital. I didn’t find it. But, all of these products have sucralose in them and I’ve learned through this first order that I can’t ingest it. I’m disappointed in that.

I have always enjoyed company the shipping is fast and they have great quality products.

Realistically, I'm very sorry but I had a very bad experience. My first time dealing with you guys. I don't know what happened to my order. But I had picked out seven different flavors so that I could try them. And see which ones I wanted to keep ordering. I was trying to find something for my son and I to enjoy together. That would be a lot less calories than what he takes in On a normal basis.
