The UPS site had marked the camera as delivered, but it was not on my porch, and I assumed it had been stolen, I contacted TrailCamPro to see what I should do next. Without even asking for proof that the camera had not really been delivered, they immediately sent me another one - no questions asked! As luck would have it, UPS ended up delivering both cameras at the same time (the UPS driver had made the mistake of marking the first camera as delivered, when it hadn't been), and I sent the original one back to TrailCamPro (for free, of course). The trust TrailCamPro placed in me as the customer was a rare and refreshing experience in today's world, and I highly recommend making your next purchase from them. They are the best!

This isn't a review on the new Browning Strike Force 850.......BUT....... I have 2 of this years model and have NEVER been happier ! ! ...Oh ..... yeah the cameras have been the best I have ever tried 😀.....BUT......The the reason I suggest you get ALL & ANY camera from Trail Cam Pro ....... IS..... , When I 1st. contacted them , the response was so guick and complete , I paused a little.....thinking ""this place must have a slow business if they can answer so quickly"" ! ! WRONG , WRONG, WRONG. I have NEVER in my life received better service , I felt like I was the only person they were taking care of , and the after purchase attention was the same! REALLY... these guys are the best and go out of their way to please the customers. Best money I spent this season and plan to get 2 more before just like these if they have any left . SOooooo......Its very simple...BUY RIGHT HERE and your worries will be over and you will save HOURS searching the internet to compare different cameras----These guys DO ALL THE "COMPARING" for you...that's ALL THEY DO , ALL DAY EVERYDAY! ! The hard work is done for you----- All you have to do is look at their results and DECIDE , or you can always call them. Camera arrived in several days as promised. Only used camera for several days/ nights. Worked better than expected, caught resident bobcat and nice six point buck at night visiting mineral block. VERY SATISFIED WITH COMPANY AND PRODUCT

TCP is the best company to buy from. In the dictionary under "customer service" it says, "see Trail Cam Pro". I have purchased many cameras from TCP, and all have security boxes. Besides my personal cameras I run many that are in a corporate natural area. Never a worry with TCP, they will take care of me.

This is a really great camera. It's controls are pretty easy to figure out once you read the instructions. It takes FANTASTIC pictures. My only complaint is with the videos. I recently reviewed my card and had about 75 videos. Of those, about 5 had so much "static" in the video that what it was recording was indistinguishable. It's not a huge number so it's no big deal, maybe i just got a faulty model. I don't use my camera for hunting purposes so it didn't really affect me. However, I could see where that would be an issue if you were using this to track a certain deer. The still pictures however are beautiful. They almost compare to my DSLR camera. Nighttime pictures can be a little fuzzy if the animal is moving too fast, but i think that's a pretty common problem among trail cameras. Now, my review of trailcampro.com: They had my camera shipped out the very same day that I ordered it. I received it within just a couple days from it being shipped. They may not be the lowest priced but the warranty and return policy can't be beat in my opinion. I'm completely satisfied with my experience ordering from them.

I ordered six trail cameras. The transaction was perfect! I got what I ordered ASAP. I would be a repeat customer. I set them up after I got them but haven't checked out the results of the camera's pictures . I'll let you know after I work on them downloaded next week!

The Browning Strike Force Elite is working as it should, takes good pics, day and night. More important to me than the camera is the Trail Cam Pro staff. I wanted the camera to take pics of marauding raccoons and was having trouble. I called TCP and the staff gave me some helpful tips about setting the camera up, and now it is doing what I hoped. They even offered to swap it, but that wasn't necessary. I could have bought this camera at Walmart or Amazon, but the folks at Trail Cam Pro are the real deal. They know their stuff and do their homework and give us tons of free, first class help and information. Try that at Walmart or Amazon, LOL. These guys have earned my loyalty! Lloyd

Just want to thank Nick for all his support when troubleshooting my Bushnell Aggressor cameras, I never realized with all the day and night activity in Hybrid mode pushing 15 second vids with energizer ultimate lithium batteries that they lasted one month taking hundreds of pictures and hundreds of videos with most (90% vids at night). I just never really realized until i counted the pictures and videos as to how many i had, Nick was willing to check my camera out while under warranty but I just thought I would install a new set of batteries before sending it off, and that was all it was, I also ordered the Bushnell solar panels to help prolong the life of the batteries. Thanks again Nick.
