I just received my camera so this is more of a review of TRAILCAMPRO for now, will follow up on camera later. It is so difficult to find good customer service on the net. This company has the BEST customer service. Helped with many questions I had as a first time trail camera buyer. You guys are the BEST, thanks again for all your help!

TCP is the best company to buy from. In the dictionary under "customer service" it says, "see Trail Cam Pro". I have purchased many cameras from TCP, and all have security boxes. Besides my personal cameras I run many that are in a corporate natural area. Never a worry with TCP, they will take care of me.

This is a really great camera. It's controls are pretty easy to figure out once you read the instructions. It takes FANTASTIC pictures. My only complaint is with the videos. I recently reviewed my card and had about 75 videos. Of those, about 5 had so much "static" in the video that what it was recording was indistinguishable. It's not a huge number so it's no big deal, maybe i just got a faulty model. I don't use my camera for hunting purposes so it didn't really affect me. However, I could see where that would be an issue if you were using this to track a certain deer. The still pictures however are beautiful. They almost compare to my DSLR camera. Nighttime pictures can be a little fuzzy if the animal is moving too fast, but i think that's a pretty common problem among trail cameras. Now, my review of trailcampro.com: They had my camera shipped out the very same day that I ordered it. I received it within just a couple days from it being shipped. They may not be the lowest priced but the warranty and return policy can't be beat in my opinion. I'm completely satisfied with my experience ordering from them.

wow! Probably the best customer service I've ever experienced through an online store. They were able to tailor the order to my needs and make sure it shipped out in time before leaving for my trip. Can't wait to see what Patagonian wildlife appears on our cameras!

This camera has all the features I want while maintaining ease of operation. High quality photos and video. Compact/durable design. The camera is one thing. The folks at TrailCamPro have their s__t together. At every turn during the online purchase, my thoughts and questions were answered. Never thought, "now what". I love dealing with competent folks. TCP, keep doing what your doing. Quality products/great service/reasonable prices/2 year warranty. Etc.

I ordered six trail cameras. The transaction was perfect! I got what I ordered ASAP. I would be a repeat customer. I set them up after I got them but haven't checked out the results of the camera's pictures . I'll let you know after I work on them downloaded next week!

The Browning Strike Force Elite is working as it should, takes good pics, day and night. More important to me than the camera is the Trail Cam Pro staff. I wanted the camera to take pics of marauding raccoons and was having trouble. I called TCP and the staff gave me some helpful tips about setting the camera up, and now it is doing what I hoped. They even offered to swap it, but that wasn't necessary. I could have bought this camera at Walmart or Amazon, but the folks at Trail Cam Pro are the real deal. They know their stuff and do their homework and give us tons of free, first class help and information. Try that at Walmart or Amazon, LOL. These guys have earned my loyalty! Lloyd

Just want to thank Nick for all his support when troubleshooting my Bushnell Aggressor cameras, I never realized with all the day and night activity in Hybrid mode pushing 15 second vids with energizer ultimate lithium batteries that they lasted one month taking hundreds of pictures and hundreds of videos with most (90% vids at night). I just never really realized until i counted the pictures and videos as to how many i had, Nick was willing to check my camera out while under warranty but I just thought I would install a new set of batteries before sending it off, and that was all it was, I also ordered the Bushnell solar panels to help prolong the life of the batteries. Thanks again Nick.

only place to purchase these cameras with their return policy. trailcams are picky, some great and last others don't work out of the box do yourself favor deal with trailcampro

The folks at Trailcampro are top notch. I received my order faster than I expected. And when I experienced a problem with one of my cameras they expedited a new one to me. Amazing customer service. I'll definitely be a returning customer.

Over the last three years, I have bought 7 Browning trail cameras and keep them out 365 days a year. Today I ordered two more Browning Dark Ops Elites. I have owned StealthCam and Wildgame cameras in the past. They took good pictures but ate batteries. The Browning is by far the best camera for the money on the market. Even though I spent a little extra money on the Browning cameras, I saved that much and more on batteries. I also have a Bushnell Aggressor which I also like... but it takes 8 AA batteries where my Browning's run off of 6 AA batteries each. If you can get the same quality pics and battery life off of two less batteries... why not pick a Browning Dark Ops Elite? If you buy from anyone other than Trailcampro... you are missing out. They are by far the best service provider for trail cameras on the market. Their knowledge and friendly service is unbeatable.

Couldn't ask for a better camera for the price. Both pictures and video are clear, great detection view, battery life, etc. Definitely recommend this trail cam. And also a thanks to the TrailCamPro staff- great customer service!
