I placed a subscription order with, thought, Traditional Medicinals and cancelled the subscription in November 2025. In January 2026 I received a shipment and was charged almost $60. When I contacted Traditional Medicinals I was informed it was a third party I had to deal with and they could not help me.

I am a loyal believer in these teas and this company. The teas taste great and really do what they say they are best for. I have all their teas.
