The parts dept. People are great. I just don't like how sales people talk to me when I'm going inside to get my parts. I guess I look out of place there but I'm just getting parts. I will continue to buy parts from this dealership.

Brakes pads
Everything went really well until i received the box shipping dept. has to do a better job in packing the parts my order was a box of 3x5 at most and it came in a box 20 tines the size bigger no padding or even old news paper to use it as filler that has a lot to dissire on the person who does the packing for shipping besides that was good.

the tpms worked great. I saved $25 each/$100 total if I purchased them at my local Toyota dealership. They charged me $100 to program them and synch to my Tundra

Meh. Paying more than double for parts at Toyota comes with peace of mind. When the part (brake caliper) fails and a less reputable manufacturer comes through it makes you reevaluate where you will spend your money next time.

The 1993 Toyota Tercel ignition coil dust/heat cover was reasonably priced as was the shipping cost. Would be nice if Toyota of El Cajon would update it's website to be similar to other dealerships using RevolutionParts designed website. Features like viewable Google or Trustpilot review ratings you can click/tap on and see and having a parts dept CSR chat function would be nice.

Purchasing from Toyota of El Cajon's site was very easy and intuitive. I would suggest researching the correct part numbers and then finding whatever you will need on their site. The pictures and diagrams can be confusing unless you're very familiar with your build needs. Shipping and transaction time were superb - everything arrived within the same week in CA.
