I was totally impressed by Parts Department TEC staff. They worked to provide the right parts at the right price. I could have gone to cheap-ys online but these parts were costing me $$ for install labor. I could not chance another failure from inferior parts. It was an unexpected expense during the holidays. Your staff made things easier for me.

It was ok the part is there and work on my car door but the delivery of the box is not great it bent and look unpleasant like it been throwing around .

Prices were competitive locally and online. Pick up for parts was smooth, would order from them again.

Toyotas quality control internally and with external vendor requirements is top notch. Proof: I still have 38 year old bulbs that work in my Celica!
