The shipping time was a little slow and the dome light assembly only works when I manually turn it on. Does not work on the door setting. I have a feeling that they are a good company! Not their fault dome light is faulty.

Unfortunately I was given something I did not expect. I ordered lens caps(2) for 2007 Avalon license plate light. I supplied my VIN. I was sent the two bulb mountings. I believe the part numbers and description were for lens Please advise on a remedy for this situation. I need the two transparent caps that attach to these mounts. Thank you. Scott Luppens

I’m always impressed by the customer service in their parts department. They do a great job communicating when a part is backordered and offer to remove it from your order if you’re in a rush for the other parts.

Had almost everything I needed besides a backordred part, quick shipping and great communication about their selection/stock of parts. I was emailed about the backordered parts and they took care of the refund on that portion of the order. Great service and will use again. Prices were cheaper than Amazon even when paying for shipping and you know you're getting genuine OEM parts.
