I was served an ad for Tough Apparel online and the "Pastel" tie looked to be the perfect tie-in (literally) for our upcoming wedding! The blue in the tie matches perfectly to the bridesmaids dresses and the other colors beautifully compliment the accents of our wedding day. Also, like huge bonus, their customer service team is TOP NOTCH! I'll never buy another tie from anyone else.

We originally ordered the wrong size of shirt for my son. When I contacted them about exchanging them, they were really helpful and sent new shirts right away. It was easy.

Everything was great! I did have a problem with the delivery (thru UPS), it got stuck in Goodyear, AZ. But a soon as I contacted Tough Apparel, they immediately resent the order (thru FedEx) and my items arrived within days! Super helpful & friendly and my guys love their new items!
