I had bought the wrong size and the customer service to return and exchange was excellent! Very fast shipping and very prompt contact regarding my return.

The rug arrived so quickly days earlier than expected so that was good. The quality of the rug is outstanding. It adds to the play area in a stylish was and not making it feel like a play room all the time as we as adults sit in this area as well

Great product, order came quickly and easy to remove from packaging. Used every day since for both baby and toddler. Even the adults find themselves lying and stretching on it!

This may makes playtime so much more comfortable and stress free. I don't need to to worry about my baby hitting her head on the hard floor anymore or the constant spit up and washing the fabric play mat we used previously. The prints are absolutely gorgeous too. A great playmat which my daughter-in-law is happy to have on the floor in her front room.

Delivery was just left outside the wrong house so I didn’t know where it was. I think that was the fault of the delivery company though not Totter and Tumble.

Great product, does everything it says on the tin

Great product with fast shipping and the swatch service is great for decision making.

I cannot fault my whole experience with Totter and Tumble. Their customer service is definitely 5 stars and the product is just as wonderful. My mat came perfectly packaged and my order came really quickly. I had to return my first mat as I'd accidently ordered the XL, instead of the standard, and the whole return process was super easy. The customer service team even went above and beyond when i accidently returned the wrong item back to them (long story and serious baby brain on my part!) I have recommended Totter and Tumble to lots of my Mummy friends and my little boy and little girl absolutely love it too.

The mat is comfy, but has discoloured so quickly! Made even worse that I bought a second mat to match, and neither the pattern or the colours match. Customer service seem to think it is normal and can't do anything about it. After a few months of very light use the light coloured side has turned dark beige - It looks dirty although it hasn't been used much.

Great mat - sure I love that it’s aesthetically pleasing and makes for a nice background for photos, but mostly it’s gotten me and her Dad on the ground with her more often, tummy time is going better and when she bangs her head it’s absorbed better than a hard floor. It’s excellent quality and worth it. I’ve also done yoga on it so this will be a part of our home for a long time to come. It’s easy to clean too
