They are so attentive to all questions and concerns. I love this product, have been using it for many years now. My two corgis love when I refill it in the morning and want to get the first drink.

Truly, I didn’t expect this to work. I figured it was like every other product on the internet these days - all hype & no good. I was totally surprised. Before this bowl, we were leaving bath towels around the bowl to mop up the mess. Our dog still drips some after drinking from the Torus bowl, but the days of leaving towels on the floor to absorb the puddles are over. I wish all other internet products worked this perfectly!

This water bowl is awesome. It keeps the water where it’s supposed to be and filters it as it comes out. All my animals love it.

Shipping as hella fast, just a couple of days. Each filter was individually wrapped inside a box so I could share them with my parents who also have a Torus bowl. Great deal, we use this product everyday
