Shipping was incredibly fast coming from Oahu to Texas. I needed to exchange an item so did a swap by ordering the new size and returning the old. I just wish that communication was better, since I haven't received anything after the initial "Your exchange has been approved, now return your items by X date" email. So I just have to keep watching my credit card statement to make sure I don't get charged for something I sent back.

I am a big fan of your clothes and the brand in general but for the first time I feel a little disappointed. The first issue is with your free shipping threshold. Pricing your mens shirts so you are forced to buy 3 for free shipping doesn't make me feel appreciated as a customer. To be $2 short of free shipping when you are spending $248 for only two shirts doesn't give me a good feeling. It doesn't feel like it matches your luxury brand or the good service you provide in your stores. It feels scammy. The second issue is that it appears you have changed your Tradewind fabric to something much heavier. I own several Tradewind shirts because they are perfect but this last one I bought is so thick and heavy. If this is a permanent change I'm super unhappy because I won't buy more. I say all of this not to simply complain but because I REALLY like your brand and I'm happy to spend more money with you but these two things combined make it much less likely. My comment here is purely selfish, I don't want to see my all time favorite shirt change for the worse and I don't want to feel cheated when purchasing online. Thanks for listening. Aloha.
