When I got this bag originally, I received a completely different bag. But once I called customer service, Nick helped fix it. He made returning the wrong bag look easy and was able to send out my original bag fast. The bag itself is amazing, fits everything I need and then some! I love the spruce color. I got three compliments the first day I used it.

Fits true to size; easy to clean; pearl snap buttons are very strong and don't unbutton unless intentionally pulled. Own the shirt in both colors. Would buy more if more colors existed!

Shipping was great and it didn't take long. One thing is I got charged for unlimited returns which was odd. I never asked for it and it feels odd to get charged for something that wasn't part of my cart. It was minimal amount but still weird
