Appalling customer service from Daniel the workshop manager who would not wait 12 minutes afer closing time to allow us to collect our tool. We were driving an hour to get there and being Friday afternoon, struck heavier than usual traffic. . He didn't even have the courtesy to phone us at 4:55 to see how much longer we would be. We had phoned twice and he had told us tNO BOTHER when we said we would be there around 5.
