I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Vivienne, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! From the moment I walked in, she provided excellent customer service and made the entire process of choosing my baby essentials so much easier and more enjoyable. Vivienne is incredibly knowledgeable about every product—from strollers and car seats to bottles, carriers, and all the little things I didn’t even know I needed. She took the time to explain the differences between each item, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made sure everything suited my lifestyle and budget. She was also extremely helpful and patient, throughout the entire experience. I never felt rushed or overwhelmed; instead, I felt supported and confident in every choice. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making sure you walk away fully prepared and happy, but Vivienne absolutely does. If you’re expecting or shopping for baby essentials, ask for Vivienne !!

Linda in the Cork store could not have been more helpful to me today. With 2 sick babies in the car I couldn’t physically come into the shop to get what I needed. She brought it all out to the car for me and I was able to pay from my car on the card machine. She was extremely knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service!
