I love all the items I purchased. Charms are beautiful, in future I would love the option at check out when purchasing multiple charms to say they are ok to be shipped in the same dust bag, to save on packaging as I am not gifting these items. :)

I was thrilled to be notified the earrings were back in stock. I ordered online & picked them up within 24 hrs from the lovely staff at the Paddington Store.

I cannot fault any part of my experience with Toni May. Their products are stunning, the online store is easy to use and my orders are always posted and received promptly!

I am impressed but the photos on the website were not as helpful as I would expect and the huggies were unfortunately much smaller than I would have preferred, perhaps more reference photos for size comparison would be helpful.

I always start hunt for a new piece on the website - the more detailed photos the better. Shopping online and delivery have always been very smooth, And the ladies in the store are the most helpful and friendly.

Received a gift voucher for my bday. It was my first time shopping with you. Little disappointed that most of the stock I wanted was ‘out of stock’. Had to settle for something else. Happy with the return process. Was very quick and easy. And received credit with no problems. Just wish you had the stock I really liked.
