This one does all they say, without the pain and bloating so many others have caused me. It's a real game changer! Also wanted to comment on this company. I started a subscription, then panicked and cancelled before I got my first order. No fuss whatsoever from Tomorrow's Nutrition, just promptly cancelled, as I had asked. I was impressed by that. Got my order later that day, and have been carefully working up to the full dose. I'm there now and all the pain, bloating and constipation are history. Now, I have to eat crow and re-subscribe cos this is the greatest thing for IBS sufferers! I'm sure they will be just as gracious about that as the premature cancellation. Quality company and a priceless product. I'm all in!

Very convenient packaging

Love it, it keeps you regular and no funny taste. Goes great in coffee in the morning or a drink at night or a bowl of oatmeal. I can definetly taste something different when I put it in a bottle of water. But otherwise totally satisfied. Bought my first bag on Amazon and it cost me $44.00 with shipping so definitely get it through regular girl company. Angela

I was skeptical but it is always worth a try. First, I loved the packaging - it is possible to open and easily reseal the package and I like that it comes in an "envelope" instead of a larger-than-necessary jar which takes up so much shelf space. It mixes very easily in water and has no taste - both of which contribute to my not minding using the product. And finally, it works well and naturally. I am on a special diet and it conforms to that where many other fiber products do not. Very happy with the product and the monthly subscription mailings make using it easy.

Good product and customer service

A friend told me about Regular Girl for some similar issues she's having - loose stools. I have been pleased to notice that the powder produces a more solid stool at least once a day. In addition Dr. Sears gives it a thumbs up and I put a lot of faith in his opinion. He is very science based. I also am very happy with the buying program. The site is easy to figure out. It is also easy to change the order or the shipping address. No fuss, no muss!

This product is great for repairing imbalances in gut microbiome and as helpful as psyllium for those on special SIBO diets. I've also saved by ordering it on an automatic monthly repeat. Free and fast shipping are a plus. Nice company.

I hate Metamucil, but I need extra fiber and was so very happy to have discovered Regular Girl. It is easy to drink, has no flavor and I love the individual packets. The added probiotics are a bonus! I love the convenience of Regular Girl on the go. The pre-portioned packages are great for traveling. I keep several in my purse and when I have an unexpected lunch date, I can easily use one of the packets in my iced tea. Perfect! What a great way to bump up my daily fiber intake as well as the pre and probiotic benefits.

Excellent response to a quality issue, plus I love the product!

I deal with chronic idiopathic D every day (since Feb 2014). Imodium helps a great deal to keep me out of the hospital; however, my GI ARNP suggested adding a soluble fiber supplement. I tried several of the mainstream brands with mixed results. One day I stumbled upon SunFiber while researching online and decided to give it a shot based on the claims. To date (February 2018), this is still one of the best-performing soluble fiber supplement I've tried. I take one scoopful (sometimes more) with each meal. It dissolves extremely well compared to other soluble fibers I've tried. The taste is, well, pretty tasteless. No complaints. And the results? Some improvement of D. Once my body got used to the fiber, I've found the typical side effects (bloating, gas, etc.) to be less bothersome than other brands even though I am consuming more fiber than before. I've been purchasing SunFiber from Tomorrow's Nutrition since November 2015 and always have a pleasant experience. They have been great. If you deal with chronic C or D, I highly recommend giving SunFiber a try.
