Outstanding, excellent, over-the-top customer service. I was in a major crunch for a tuxedo with a very limited time frame. Called and spoke to Tom. He walked me through the order process and made arrangements to send two different size trousers to try for fit. Most importantly he took the time to answer all my questions.
