Slightly sweet, lovely color. A lot of powder but yields a very clean finish without a trace of bitterness or cloudiness. I brew with 2 rounded teaspoons for 18 oz. filtered water @ 175 degrees. 30 seconds for first and second infusion - I sometimes have a third infusion at a minute and thirty seconds. Very reasonable for this quality.

I have never tasted so good green tea. It is easy and fast to make in a busy lifestyle: take just 1 minute of your time. I shall carry this with me to job. Great choice!
