.

Shipping fine and arrived promptly

Great jacket, very light and cosy warm

Easy to order excellant delivery and easy to return.......order 2 sizes for choice

It was not pleasant at all. Takes the team a whole to refund your order for any return. That's very disappointing I must say.

Didn't send money for items returned. Had to chase this before they've sent it.

Very good service- loses one star due to return refund (for 2nd larger coat) being overlooked. When highlighted however, it was resolved immediately
