Needed to return, and agent was incredibly kind and very helpful. I have spread the word to my friends about the quality of the clothes. I love the linen and crepe dresses.

I wish Tuckernuck would allow more turnaround time for returns, like Nordstrom does. I typically take a long time to make up my mind, sometimes I consult with my seamstress about the cost of alteration before I decide to keep a dress or two. Also, Tuckernuck should choose a shipping carrier that does not involve USPS because the post office mail carrier shoves my Tuckernuck deliveries inside my mailbox, not a pleasant experience. I prefer Fedex or UPS because they bring the package to my doorstep. I think such beautiful dresses like Tuckernuck's deserve a better treatment than the cramped mailbox!
