Mixed feelings. Forgot to use a coupon code so I went on chat to see if it could be retrospectively applied. Waited so long for a chat response that I gave up. Very frustrating. However, I checked my cc statement and someone did read my chat query and took it upon themselves to adjust my charge to reflect the coupon. Greatly appreciated, but had no idea customer service was rendered as I gave up on the chat. Happy surprise, but not the best chat
