The watch is lovely Im delighted with it. I had two failed deliverys and found the delivery company DHL extremely difficult to communicate robotic even I never spoke to a real person to rearrange delivery. To get the watch on time I had to drive to Rhyl to collect it and had problems finding the agency they use. But to be fair I did and the gentleman only took about five minutes in the warehouse locating it. This way I had it on time to give to my boyfriend on Valentines day ( the day after) but DHL had had the watch since 09. 02. 26
