My first order using my 1 time use 20% off emailed promo coupon was confirmed then canceled by Timex shortly after my order was submitted, so I was not able to use it again when I reordered watch a few days later. It did take awhile to process order and ship but I'm sure it was busy bc of demand for this item.

Had to wait a bit for the item to ship, but that was accounted for by the estimated shipping/arrival date provided to me. Love the watch, Timex makes great pieces for excellent prices.
