Lovely outfit my granddaughter will adore but the main reason for this review is the fantastic customer care I have received. Royal Mail lost the first parcel and this company could not have been more proactive and helpful replacing it and chasing RM. What I would consider way over and above expectations. Very impressed! You obviously care a great deal about your company and customers. Many thanks!

Lovely personalised fireman outfit..

I have no hesitation in recommending sue at time to dress up. She went out of her way to be helpful and was friendly and approachable. She was both efficient and flexible with my order. The fairy dresses were of excellent quality. Really pretty. I ordered fairy dresses . They were of excellent quality.

Great quality tiger costume - was exactly as described. I would give 5 stars however, I paid for next day delivery to my work address - the item in fact turn up two days later to my home address...not ideal!
