I live in the UK but my niece and nephews live in SA. I have been using timeless toys for a few years now to send birthday presents. There is a great range of toys and the service has always been very personal. As a repeat customer I have also always appreciated the points scheme.

My son loves his puppet. The product has no flaws at all. I would love it if timeless toys could make bigger puppets. The 40cm is perfect for My son of 8, but he would definitely like a bigger puppet once a bit older. He is pursuing his ventriloquist dream

Poor poor poor service! Ordered and payed for a product . Received confirmation email, and that is that. Only now as I go and check the status of delivery, I see that they have no stock. Arent they suppose to inform immediately or remove product from the site? I have emailed and phoned with no reply.
