Discovered Tijuana Tom's at the Milton Farmers Market this year. We love hot sauce so we were instantly drawn to their booth, making it our first stop at the market. Tom and Kendra were instantly personable and friendly, they began telling us the story about what inspired their business plan. Tom and Kendra travelled to over 40 countries and were inspired to bring their favourite flavours from abroad to the hot sauce market back home in Ontario. Tom took the time to explain each of their sauces to us and what the top sellers are. We went with Smokin Fuego (their newest sauce) and the top hit Canadiana. Amazing prices too for artisanal sauces, 2 for $15! They are DELICIOUS. They have a great heat to flavour ratio. So far I've had Smokin Fuego on top of meatloaf and in chili. The Canadiana is perfect for eggs or breakfast sandwiches, even regular sandwiches. Will be buying again!
