Tiesta is easy to navigate, their tea selection is amazing. There is always something for everyone. I usually buy the pound size and the packaging is really useful and rugged. Customer service is quite good. Only needed them once as I forgot to add a freebie to my order. I emailed them and they added it to my order manually. Shipping is good as expected, around a week or less. No issues at all with anything. Good job. I like their sales/discounts too.

The best basic black tea I've ever had. Definitely became a go to for me very quickly and I would recommend it to anyone that wants a black tea that is super smooth and has a nice pleasant, almost citrus note to it.
